 BEVERAGES:
Herb tea: (without caffeine), esp. Chamomile, min, papaya; fresh or bottled, unpasteurized fruit or vegetable juices, esp. green leafy; milk (non-fat, unpasteurized), yogurt, buttermilk in limited quantities.
 Alcohol; cocoa; coffee; tea; milk; carbonated beverages; fruit drinks, canned and pasteurized juices; juice mixes with artificial coloring, sweeteners, and/or preservatives.
 DAIRY PRODUCTS:
Cheese: non-pasteurized cottage cheese; occasionally white, non-pasteurized cheese; eggs: peached or boiled fertile eggs only (2 per week); butter: unsalted, non–pasteurized in moderate amounts - 1-2 tablespoons daily.
All orange and pasteurized cheese, all other forms of butter, non-fertile eggs.
 FISH:
White-flesh fish only (as fresh as possible), broiled or baked.
 All other fish and all breaded fish dishes.
 FRUIT:
All fresh, dried (unsulfured, stewed, or frozen (unsweetened). Use in moderation: grapes, bananas, watermelon.
 All canned fruits.
 GRAIN:
Bread: whole rye or wheat, rice, oatmeal, bran, corn: muffins: bran, corn, whole wheat; cereals: oatmeal, buckwheat, cracked wheat, millet, cornmeal, whole cream of wheat; seeds: sesame, pumpkin, sunflower, flax; brown rice.
 White bread and white-flour products; all pasta and macaroni except whole wheat; cold cereals; salted, roasted seeds; white rice; all highly refined carbohydrates such as cakes, cookies, pastries, pies, etc.
 LEGUMES:
Peas, beans, soy beans.
 
 MEAT:
Ocasionally and in limited quantities: White meat of chicken or turkey, lamb, veal.
 All beef, pork, luncheon meats, sausages, ham, bacon, and chicken or turkey fed DES hormone.
 NUTS:
All fresh and raw nuts.
 Peanuts, all salted and/or roasted nuts.
 OILS:
Cold-pressed oils, esp. safflower and corn oils; eggless mayonnaise in moderation - 1-2 tablespoons daily.
 Shortening; refined, saturated, and unsaturated fats and oils; hydrogenated margarine.
 SEASONINGS:
Herbs, garlic, onion, chives, parsley, margorm
 Spices, pepper, paprika, sodium salt.
 SOUP:
Salt-free vegetable, chicken; barley, millet, or brown rice may be added.
 Canned and creamed soup, commercial bouillon, fat stock.
 SPROUTS:
All, esp. wheat, alfalfa, lentil, and mung.
 
 SWEETS:
Unpasteurized honey, unsulfured molasses, carob, unflavored gelatin, pure maple syrup (in limited amounts).
 Refined sugar (white, brown, turbinado), chocolate-flavored gelatin, candy, and pancake syrup.
 VEGETABLES:
All, esp. raw – cooked, fresh, or frozen; potatoes: baked or boiled in jackets.
 All canned; french fried potatoes, potato chips, and tomatoes.

AVOID: Smoking and areas containing smoke, excessive and airplane exhaust, foods sprayed with pesticides, additives in food, esp. Monosodium glutamate (MSG), foods with chemical preservatives, liquids taken at meal times (drink one-half hour before or after meals).

IMPORTANT: Foods are to be rotated every 5 days or longer. Do not eat the same food on consecutive days. The largest meal of the day should be at noon.
