To Be Listed On the Web Site:

Listings are limited to services and events offered in Colorado. Please inquire for other localities.
1. Select a category you would like to be listed in and review the listings on the web site for ideas.
2. Compose your resumé or summary exactly as you would like it to appear so that I may copy and paste it into the web page. Give all necessary contact information. It is best to type the information for submission in the body of an email instead of sending a word processor file which will often contain formatting code that appears as strange characters. Please do not send Adobe PDF files.
3. You may include a picture as a .gif or .jpg file as an attachment.
4. You may select to be listed in one or more categories.
5. Send all submissions and questions to haroldpiser@comcast.net.
6. When sending submissions to be listed in the Special Events category, please request the information be listed. I receive much information as a courtesy for my information (FYI) only which I do not list.
7. There is no charge. Since it is free, many use the service and forget their responsibility to keep us updated, especially when they leave the area or close their services. It would be appreciated if you would notify us when there is a change in you listing.

Special Events:
1. A calendar of events may be submitted for an entire month shortly before the start of that month or for a single event. Submit the calendar or event in the body of an email so that I may cut and paste it into the website.

Holistic and Alternative Healing:

Radio and TV Programs:
1. Submit a description of your Program in the body of an email. Include all necessary contact information such as call-in and personal telephone number, address, email address and website. Please do not include times and dates that require constant updating.

Metaphysical Stores, Centers & Institutions:
1. Submit a description of your Store, Center or Institution in the body of an email. Include all necessary contact information such as telephone number, address, email address and website. Please do not include times and dates that require constant updating.

Retreats:
1. Submit a description of your Retreat and its programs in the body of an email. Include all necessary contact information such as telephone number, address, email address and website. Please do not include times and dates that require constant updating.

How-To-Do-It:
1. Write an essay on how to do a Spiritual, Metaphysical or Health project. It is not necessary to include contact information unless you feel there may be questions. You may, however, include a web site address if it relates to the project.

Book Summaries and Reviews:
1. If you have a published book, you may submit a summary and its reviews, or if you have just read a book, you may write a review. Include how the book may be purchased and where. Include domestic and foreign postage if applicable.

Vegetarian Recipes
1. You may submit non-meat, ovo-lacto and fish recipes for posting. Check the recipes already posted for an idea on the format.

Guidelines for Use of Forum:

1. The Denver Spiritual Community Message Forum is for posting Spiritual and Holistic Health questions and information about Spiritual Events in the Denver Metro area. Recommendations or warnings of items affecting our Well-being are also appreciated. Please do not post Commercial or For Sale items that have no Spiritual or Health information.

2. Many of our members use email in their businesses. Be considerate when posting messages and limit them to two for each event so our members are not overwhelmed with mail. One notice well in advance of an event to let people make plans to attend and then a reminder as the event is about to take place. Repeated notices with the same content at close intervals will be deemed inconsiderate. When there are many events for the month, please list them in a single email instead of one email for each event.

3. Some members may have economy mailboxes with limited capacity. Lengthy messages will overload their mailboxes. Instead of posting a lengthy message, please give a summary and a link to where the information may be accessed.

4. Messages that are forwarded from a third party seem to always deteriorate, so, if possible, retype the text to remove all the >s and >>s and send it in an email explaining, briefly, what the forewarded message is about.

5. Forwarding messages that have an attachment does not work too well because the forwarding does not always take the original attachment with it.

6. When sending messages to the Forum use the Bcc: option if you are using a mailing list. This will protect the privacy of others on your list.

7. Sometimes messages are monitored before posting to avoid inappropriate subjects, abuse, messages with technical gliches, etc. This may cause a delay in the posting process, maybe up to several hours if I am away from the computer.

8. Abuse of the Forum may result in termination of subscription.
