There is a "doorway to eternity" in each of our
experiences, a shimmering portal of light in which we dissolve
all
form identity, all of our genetic and subconscious history. As
we step through this Doorway we enter the Mystery of
God, the I AM Presence, the aspect of Being that dwells in the
Unified Light. We merge with our light body. We then
walk back through the Doorway as Embodied Presence, fully awakened
within the world of form, no longer held
hostage by its seeming limitations.
This process is sometimes known as the "ascension",
or "full body enlightenment". Our contribution to humanity
walking through this portal and back is beyond comprehension.
Jesus accomplished this through the Resurrection.
We do not have to die to our bodies to accomplish this now. We
do however have to die to perceptions and identities
that no longer serve. We do have to trust what we know to be possible.
And it does require a deep soul commitment.
If these words evoke a hidden memory, perhaps you are on
this path. In this series of weekends we will begin to give
form to this longing of the soul. We will share our own personal
journeys, and explore some teachings and practices,
including self-inquiry, various meditation and light body practices,
and cellular repatterning. We will learn and
practice healing modalities with each other. Beyond techniques,
however, our intention is to open our hearts to the
winds of Spirit, to ultimate possibility, and to let that be our
guide.
The journey of awakening is a paradoxical one. When we merge
with Self, we find we were never separate to begin
with. We are already what we seek to become. The Awakened Master
has always already slumbered within. May we
support one another now through the doorway, and awake to our
awakened self!

Exploring the
Afterlife Workshop Course Description
A Two-Day Workshop that teaches you how to explore the Afterlife
and other nonphysical realities.
Developed and taught by Bruce Moen
I am neither a medium nor a psychic who communicates with deceased
friends or loved ones for you. Instead, I teach you to do that
for yourself and others. Learning to explore our afterlife and
prove to yourself that it actually exists might seem like quite
an accomplishment. Yet, workshop participants routinely contact
and communicate with the deceased and have their experiences verified
as accurate and real during the workshop. And for as amazing or
unbelievable as that might sound it's just a first step in exploration
beyond physical reality. This workshop teaches a system of simple
concepts, techniques and exercises anyone can use to explore beyond
the boundaries of physical reality, including our afterlife. It's
a mix of sharing insights gained from my experiences, lecture,
discussion and group exercises. This is a hands-on workshop in
which you'll learn by doing. And it's an opportunity to meet others
who share your interests. In addition to about twelve hours of
classroom format instruction, time is allotted for open discussion.
The workshop generally runs from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM both Saturday
and Sunday. A ten minute break is taken each hour and a one hour
break for lunch. You'll get a lot more out of the workshop if
you've read at least my first two books, Voyages Into the Unknown, and Voyage Beyond Doubt prior to attending.
The workshop teaches the Art of Retrieval as a means of learning
to make contact and communicate with those living in the Afterlife.
You'll learn to make contact with nonphysical Helpers, you might
call them guides, angels, or some other name. You'll learn how
to work with Helpers to perform retrieval of those who get stuck
after death. Just in your interactions with Helpers and those
who are stuck you will begin to learn, firsthand, more about the
structure and inner workings of human afterlife existence. Continuing
to work with Helpers, you'll learn how to explore the areas of
our afterlife I've written about in my books. And, you can use
what you learn to explore any reality or dimension that exists
beyond our physical world. That might sound like an outlandish
statement, but the experiences of previous workshop participants
demonstrates its reality.

Every major world religion has a mystical branch. Islam's mystical branch is called Sufism. Buddhism's mystical branch is called Zen. Judaism's mystical branch is called Kabbalah or Hasidism. And in Christianity we simply call it Christian Mysticism. Mystics of all religions have the same goal: to come into a direct experience of the God at the center of their beings. Mystics are not so interested in dogma and care more to find out from their own experience who God is and what God is like. The entire practice of the mystic is to achieve ever-deeper connection with that God within and once connected to enter into a state of union.
Christian Mysticism has been practiced ever since Jesus Christ Himself began it. Throughout the ages a person would, now and again, seem to spontaneously enter into a deeper experience of God than those around them. We have stories of saints throughout time who would be so caught up in states of ecstatic union with God or Jesus or Mary that they would sometimes even levitate. Those incidents tell us very little of what was occurring within the person, other than that he or she was most certainly in a very altered and ecstatic state of consciousness.
Our Classes:
As a first step to getting to know our spiritual school, all students are invited to attend a free-of-charge 6-week Introduction to Christian Mysticism class, which offers information and experiences basic to our beliefs and practices. Everyone is also welcome to join in our devotional practices of Sunday services and daily meditation, prayer and communion. Upon completion of the introductory course, students are offered further classes including Bible Contemplation and Tree of Life classes that teach the ancient wisdom teachings and also allow for each student to open to influx of inspiration and true mystical experience. When a student is at this point, they are free to ask to be taught more fully by requesting a spiritual teacher. If they choose to be taught in this way, they work with their teacher toward preparing themselves to enter upon the mystical path toward union with God. This practice will include working with spiritual exercises and the uncovering and healing of everything in the students’ past or present which prevents them from entering into their innermost being and coming to know God face-to-face. Students discover that having a teacher who works with them one-on-one can place them, if they so wish, on a fast track to entering into a dynamic spiritual life. The transformations come rapidly and unmistakably, and the capacity to give and receive love is greatly deepened.

Kundalini Awakening

What is Kundalini?
Kundalini is an ancient Sanskrit word for a pool of energy that lies at the base of the spine. Dormant in most people, the kundalini energy can be awakened and subsequently travels up the spine, activating the chakras and completing the body's energy circuits.
Kundalini can be awakened by a near death experience, a mental, physical or emotional trauma or by meditation and study. The completion of these energy circuits can bring out many different effects in the student/victim. Many people who experience a spontaneous awakening find themselves on new spiritual of life paths and exhibit massive changes to their personalities as well as numerous health benefits. Some of the unlucky victims of spontaneous awakenings can also experience epilepsy, depression and paranoia, and it's my belief that many of the people we treat medically for these problems have, in fact accessed this energy but are unfortunate enough to live in a world where its uses are relatively unknown and unrecognized.
When a persons Kundalini awakens they experience increases in energy at the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. This frequently causes them to see the world and its inhabitants in a much different way than the ordinary person. Kundalini adepts experience noticeable gains in psychic abilities, increased sensory perceptions and an increase in overall physical health, as well as a new spiritual outlook. All of these dramatic effects are caused by the realization and integration of the seekers entire ‘self' into the greater ‘consciousnesses' of the universe. In short, the seeker can now actually feel his or her place in the interconnectedness of all things.
The Kundalini as a goal
One of the best ways to sabotage your practice is to set the ‘goal' of Awakening your Kundalini. Awakening your Kundalini is a side effect of a good practice, rather than the goal. It's important to be clear on this from the beginning.
When you have a good meditation practice then you'll be working towards Awakening your Kundalini automatically. You don't ever have to give the Kundalini another thought. It'll happen when you're ready for it and when you can handle the growth and the changes that it brings about. I've seen people who were completely focused on the Kundalini, to the extent that they would scan the Table of Contents of a book and only read the chapters directly concerned with the Kundalini.
The shortsightedness of this is the fact that the Kundalini
is all about connecting ourselves to a limitless pool of all-encompassing
energy and by limiting themselves this way they actually send
out a message to the universe that they aren't really interested
in the whole package, just these certain parts of it. The result
is an extremely unbalanced
person.
DON'T look at the Kundalini as the end-all, be-all. It's just another experience on the path. It's like crossing a small stream, now you're on the other side and ready to continue the journey.

This class provides:

· You will be introduced to a form of predictive astrology
· Explanatory handouts
· No prior astrological study necessary

Reiki practitioners at all levels are invited to our monthly Denver Reiki Hub gathering and Reiki exchange, held the third Tuesday of each month at the First Spiritual Science Church of Denver, 3375 South Dahlia St. in Denver. Please bring a light snack or beverage to share. Also bring a portable massage table, if possible, so we have enough tables for everyone. We ask a minimal love offering of $5 per person, which goes for space rental and supplies.
Affirming the blessings of universal abundance by promoting cooperation instead of competition among Reiki healers in metropolitan Denver, the Denver Reiki Hub aims to become a central clearing house and networking nexus for Reiki activities across metropolitan Denver.
Complementing and enhancing what you may be doing on your own, the Hub can help you to market Reiki services, teach Reiki, learn Reiki, exchange Reiki sessions, and request professional services from diverse ethical Reiki healers in the metro area. Denver Reiki Hub membership is free.
